Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be be minor variations in what you see in the photos and the product you receive. Please note colours may also vary depending on your monitor or screen. 

We want your shopping experience with The Craft Rebellion to be as easy and problem free as possible and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please read our policies below:  

 

30 Day Returns
 

If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of goods (as shown by tracking) for a full refund minus shipping. 
 

Order Cancellations
 

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, please email TheCraftRebellion@hotmail.com.

NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

If your order does not contain custom pieces it will be cancelled immediately with no penalty. If your order has been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process before any refund can be issued.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If your order does contain custom pieces you may cancel so long as your order has not been started. If it has been started we are unable to cancel or refund.
 

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item Returns

 

It is a rare occurrence that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, but if this happens, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at TheCraftRebellion@hotmail.com. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis. 

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. While we take every care to ensure that your order is correct, sometimes mistakes are made. So please let us know and we will do our best to rectify it for you quickly.  

Please note; Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and all returned products must be returned in original condition and should not have been used.
